The new disclosure program, which has been in the works for several months, is part of a larger effort at the IRS to stop aggressive marketing around ERC that misled some employers into filing claims. The special disclosure program runs through March 22, 2024, and the IRS added provisions allowing repayment of 80% of the claim received. Read more here

A Gala Success!
The Throggs Neck BID Gala was an extraordinary success! Great entertainment was provided by the Performers Edge Dance Academy, and funds were raised for that group as well as for Tunnels to Towers. Honorees included Michael Sang and Carmelo Soto of HK’s Kitchen, Sharon Camilleri of Got Hair, and Angela Torres o the Throggs Neck Alliance. An incredible time was had by the hundreds of participants. Special thanks goes to the volunteers who worked diligently to plan for and made the evening so wonderful.
