The Throggs Neck BID held its first official Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 28. An extensive list of extraordinary successes was provided, and ambitious plans for even further accomplishments were presented. A special thanks to Bill Tsibidis and the Crosstown Diner for providing abundant and delicious treats.
