PARQ Sports Bar

The best BID restaurant reviews are here! Renowned food reviewer Bailey Provetto, the founder of Tasty Ladies New York, reviews BID restaurants.

Parq is located where the old Spoto’s was on East Tremont Avenue. From the outside it is dark and almost looks closed, but venture inside and see the stunning transformation with beautiful white plush booths and electric, colorful water art on the walls with huge ever changing color ceiling lighting making this venue a unique experience, be it for lunch, dinner, happy hour (which starts at 1 pm to 8pm mon-fri) game night or music with the DJ Thursday, Friday and Sunday!

When I saw their menu I got excited. A varied selection of food from your typical fair of hamburgers and chicken wings to empanadas, flautas, calamari, surf and turf, shrimp vocado, pork chops and fried pork chunks and much more!

We decided to try the cheeseburger with seasoned fries, beef empanadas, chicken flautas and guacamole and chips. Everything was plated pleasingly and all were very good!

I ordered a “Smokey Joe” off their specialty cocktail list with Barcardi Limon with lemonade and grenadine which was a beautiful ruby color and was so nice!

We ended on a decadent sweet note with the fried cheesecake with complimenting swirls of chocolate and raspberry.

Manny you done good! You created a very comfortable yet exciting new go to spot in our neighborhood and I can’t wait to bring in my gang to try more of your cuisine and cocktails!

Patricia’s

Bailey Provetto, the founder of Tasty Ladies New York, will review BID restaurants. Visit our website regularly for the latest delicious news.

Giacomo & Gennaro’s Patricia’s of Tremont has remodeled its restaurant and it is gorgeous. Now with an even bigger dining room than before!

The special of the day was “Homemade Butternut Squash Soup” with crispy Pancetta and popcorn, yes popcorn… it was sensational and perfect for the fall season!

The special entree of the “Braised Beef Short Rib in a Portobello Mushroom Port Wine Sauce” was amazing! The meat was so tender and flavorful and it came with roasted potatoes, sautéed string beans and a side of pasta. This is a dish to remember!

We also had their meatballs and cheese raviolis all served with bread and seasoned oil for dipping and their thin crust pizza to start.

They have a dine in only special now of (5) appetizers, (2) pastas, (2) entrees served with coffee and dessert with your choice of Sangria, wine, beer or soda included for only $50 per person! That’s a deal!

They are COVID COMPLIANT with temperature check and info taken at the door, masks, social distancing and sanitizer at many stations.
