The Department of Sanitation (DOS) reminds all merchants that they are required to post a private sanitation certificate in their window. Additionally, DOS notes that garbage must not be placed out for pickup until after 9pm. If your store closes before that time, than garage may be placed no earlier than one hour before closing time.
